BioMy father is a 2nd generation Syrian-American and my mother is a WASP (Scottish, Irish and German, with some English and Welsh thrown in for good measure) who can trace her roots back to the American Revolution. Don't ask my opinion of our wars in the Middle East unless you want to see frothing at the mouth.

I am a fiscal conservative and a social (and environmental) liberal; since I think capitalism can take care of itself I vote social issues. I'm 40 years old and holding.
Primary hobbies are: reading, computer games, spinning yarn, crocheting and other random crafts.
